How Do We Get Started?
The process is simple and easy. We will need a hi-res PDF file of the report (150 to 300 dpi). We will provide an FTP site for your printer or webmaster to upload the files. At that time we will create an online dropdown menu. After you approve the menu we start working.
When available we would like two hard copies of the report mailed to us.
About Our Service
CornerstoneIR will convert materials into an HTML or ImageBased format for presentation on the Internet. Online version will be hosted on the client's site. Image Enhancement: If necessary, images will be scanned and enhanced beyond the quality of the PDF file (if needed). Image files will be further compressed for the fastest loading on user's browser.
Customizing: Where needed, hyperlinks to related pages within the report will be produced. CornerstoneIR will create a dynamically linked table of contents for easy navigation through the report. Custom designed navigational buttons can be added upon request at no additional cost.
As a client you will receive hands-on personal attention, with a qualified technician assigned to you that is able to produce an online user friendly copy of the original Annual Report.
How Long Does Take?
For True HTML reports: After the receipt of the PDF file and your approval of the dropdown menu CornerstoneIR will exercise all due diligence necessary to complete the work within a time period of ten to fourteen working days.
For ImageBased reports: The turnaround for these reports is three to four working days. After the receipt of the PDF file and your approval of the dropdown menu.
What About Corrections?
To ensure accuracy and quality of work, CornerstoneIR will work closely with your contact persons. Any material or other reasonable changes will be made at no extra charge.
What About Browser Capability?
The digitized Reports we produce, will work on 5.0 browsers and above, (IE & Firefox - unless other specialty work is involved). We design our pages so when viewing at a low resolution (800X600) there is no left to right scrolling.
Why Is HTML Preferred over A PDF File?
With HTML you have many more customizing options. There is NO DOWNLOADING! HTML provides quick referencing, navigation bars, instant display and custom formatting for easier online reading. Don't settle for PDF that creates shareholder frustration.
ImageBased Reports
These reports are a more cost effective but do not offer as many customizing options of True HTML. The reports are page for page images of the PDF pages. They offer dropdown or toolbar navigation quick access (no downloading large files) and a quick turnaround.
SEC Regulations?
The understanding of SEC regulations and requirements should not be the responsibility of those with other duties and pressures. Our company is professionally equipped to focus on those aspects of the report in addition to Notice and Access, Proxy Statements, on-line distributions, financial reports and graphic design. What's Next?
When the report is complete and you are satisfied we e-mail you your files in a compressed zip file. Your webmaster will then post your annual report to your web site.
